Track Order

Once your order ships, you'll receive an SMS and email with your tracking details. Most orders are delivered within 1–2 working days across the UAE (please adjust this if your courier promises different timing).

Can't find your tracking message? Check your spam folder first, then contact us on WhatsApp at +971 52 425 6019 with your order number and we'll locate your parcel right away.

Please note that orders placed on Friday before 14:00 are dispatched the same evening; orders placed after hours ship the next working day.
