Are your perfumes 100% authentic?
Yes — every fragrance we sell is guaranteed genuine, sourced from authorised distributors. See our Authenticity page for how to verify your bottle.

Do you offer cash on delivery?
Yes, COD is available across the UAE. You can also pay by Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Apple Pay, or split your payment in 4 with Tabby or Tamara.

How long does delivery take?
1–3 working days across the Emirates, free on orders over AED 250.

Can I return a perfume if I don't like the scent?
We accept returns on unopened, sealed items within 14 days. Once a bottle is opened it can't be returned, so if you're unsure, message us — we're happy to describe any fragrance in detail before you buy.

Do you offer gift wrapping?
Yes — complimentary gift wrapping is available. Leave a note at checkout or message us after ordering.

Is there a physical store?
Yes, you can visit us in Abuhail, Hor Al Anz East, Deira, Dubai — Saturday to Thursday 10:00–22:00 and Friday 14:00–22:00.
