Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery on items that are unopened, unused and in their original sealed packaging. For hygiene reasons, opened or tested fragrances cannot be returned unless faulty.

To start a return, message us on WhatsApp at +971 52 425 6019 or email aeresperfume@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for return. Once we receive and inspect the item, your refund is issued to your original payment method within 5–7 working days. For cash-on-delivery orders, refunds are made by bank transfer.

If you received the wrong item or a faulty product, we'll arrange collection and replacement at no cost to you.
